Produced at Glengyle distillery in Campbeltown, this 2025 release from The Kilkerran Heavily Peated series has reached its 12th batch. Aged in 90% bourbon and 10% sherry casks, it is bottled at a robust 58.4% ABV, non-chill filtered and natural colour.

Producer’s Tasting Notes

Nose: Creamy butterscotch and caramel notes in the beginning, with the development of notes of rye bread and tea leaf.
Palate: A familiar oiliness and smokiness is introduced on the palate, with notes of Iberico ham and brandy snaps.
Finish: A gentle finish, there are notes of lemon sherbet, honeycomb and mint, with peat smoke carrying through to the finish.
