Description

Milk & Honey Classic is a single malt whisky produced by the Milk & Honey Distillery, Israel's first whisky distillery. The distillery is located in Tel Aviv and was founded in 2012, with the first whisky being released in 2019.

 

Milk & Honey Classic is made from 100% malted barley, which is sourced from Scotland and Israel. It is aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and new American oak casks for a minimum of three years, with some older casks also used in the blend.

 

This bottle has received several awards, including a gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2020.
