The Cotswolds Distillery in Stourton is now operational! Their Cotswolds Dry Gin features juniper, coriander, and angelica root macerated in wheat spirit for 24 hours. Distillation includes bay leaf, grapefruit, lime, black pepper, cardamom, and Cotswolds lavender. Bottled at 46% ABV, it uses naturally refined Cotswolds water.
