Cardhu 14 Year Old Single Malt Special Releases 2021
Bottled for the 2021 batch of Diageo Special Releases, this 2006 Cardhu 14 Year Old Single Malt has been matured in refill American oak casks and then finished in red wine casks before bottling at its cask strength of 55.5%.
Every year since 2001, Diageo have released a series of Special Releases featuring rare, limited edition whiskies from some of Scotland’s finest distilleries. The 2021 Special Releases are the 20th set in this highly collectable series, and includes 8 Single Malt whiskies, bottled at cask strength, and released in limited quantities.
The 2021 series has been titled “Legends Untold” and features striking illustrations and design work from digital illustrator Ken Taylor.
