The eight batch of Dailuaine Single Malt Scotch Whisky from That Boutique-y Malt Company is a creamy, gentle nine-year-old. 

 

Distilled in July 2010 and initially matured in a refill hogshead. For the USA
Series it was finished in a first-fill ex-Bourbon barrel.

Nose: Green bananas, vanilla, pancake batter,
fresh grains, and a hint of petrichor.
Love this gentle nose!

Palate: Creamy vanilla custard, citrus - a
squeeze of lime over cantaloupe melon,
some overripe apples too. The medium
length finish brings a touch of pepper
and a sparking flint.
