After its initial maturation in classic oak casks, a subsequent refinement takes place in Montanilla Fino sherry casks hailing from Andalusia. This dual maturation bestows the Highland whisky with heightened complexity, unveiling opulent notes of luscious fruits, saline nuances and spice.
