The Balvenie Peated Cask, which is 17 years old and was launched in 2010, is a blend of whisky that has been aged in two types of barrels. These include virgin oak casks as well as casks that were used to mature an experimental heavily-peated Balvenie batch from 2001, which was never released to the public.

Finish: Sweet and spicy with a hint of smoke.
