Immediately rich, with gingery dark chocolate, demerara sugar and cinnamon buns wrapped up in a silken sweet smoke.
Palate

The chocolate theme continues, with the addition of red berries, pecan nuts, nutmeg, and that warming bonfire smoke.

More dark chocolate and a black pepper heat.

The barley used in its creation was peated to 57 ppm and subsequently aged in first-fill oak casks for eight years, followed by a finishing period in first-fill sherry hogsheads before it was bottled in 2023.
