 Chairman's Reserve 'Forgotten Casks' replicates rum from casks salvaged after a 2007 warehouse fire. Initially considered too old for the standard blend, these casks were released independently. St Lucia Distillers now reserve casks for extended ageing specifically for this bottling, aged 7 to 12 years.
