This single malt from Pulteney Distillery was distilled in 2011 and matured for 11 years in First Bourbon Barrel (previously used by Makers Mark).

The latest release of Pulteney by Morrison Distillers is causing quite a stir. The previous bottling for the UK market was in 2018, making this a highly anticipated release. Pulteney is known for using ex-bourbon barrels that are air-dried by the salty atmosphere of the nearby North Sea, and this latest expression is no exception. The whisky's unique coastal location is evident in its flavour profile, as the shoreline's influence is abundant in every sip.
