The third release of Daftmill 15-Year-Old is here! This small Fife-based farm distillery, led by Francis Cuthbert, continues to set the bar high. Made with Optic barley from their south fields, this batch comes from just 20 casks—one-fifth of their yearly production. Aged in 19 ex-bourbon casks and a single PX sherry cask, it showcases Daftmill’s meticulous craft. Operating on a traditional farm-to-whisky cycle, they produce only 100 casks per year, making this one of Scotland’s rarest distilleries.
