Daftmill 2011 Summer Release Bottled 2023
The Summer 2011 Daftmill bottling distilled using Publican barley grown in the 43ac field and harvested late August 2009. Crafted from a combination of first fill ex-bourbon barrels filled June, July and August 2011, then left to mature in the upper lever of the Daftmill dunnage warehouse until bottling in 2023 at 46% vol. Released February 2024, another fantastic bottling from this incredible Lowland distillery.
