Freshly picked spring-crop rhubarb is spiked with ginger and infused with Edinburgh Gin. Bottled at 20 Percent ABV, the sweetly-spiced notes of this Rhubarb and Ginger Liqueur make the ideal match with ginger ale servid with a lime wheel.
