We are thrilled to introduce GlenAllachie's eighth batch of single casks, carefully chosen for the UK, showcasing the exceptional interplay between wood, spirit, and flavour development.

Renowned for his adventurous approach, Billy Walker relishes the opportunity to work with virgin oak casks from various corners of the world. This particular Chinquapin barrel (2008, #6894), crafted from oak grown in the Northern Ozark region of Missouri in America, adds a delicate touch of cinnamon and notes of aniseed to the luscious Scottish heather honey and sweet stone fruits. With its limited availability and glorious taste, this single malt is a true indulgence to relish.

Bottled at a cask strength of 57.2% ABV, non-chill filtered and natural colour.

Limited release of only 259 bottles.
