Renowned for his adventurous approach, Billy Walker relishes the opportunity to work with virgin oak casks from various corners of the world. This particular Chinquapin barrel (2008, #6894), crafted from oak grown in the Northern Ozark region of Missouri in America, adds a delicate touch of cinnamon and notes of aniseed to the luscious Scottish heather honey and sweet stone fruits. With its limited availability and glorious taste, this single malt is a true indulgence to relish.

Bottled at a cask strength of 57.2% ABV, non-chill filtered and natural colour.
