A fantastic gift pack of two 20cl bottles of Machir Bay and Sanaig. These are part of the Kilchoman core range and show the two main types of cask maturation they use, ex-oloroso sherry and ex-bourbon from Buffalo Trace.

Machir Bay is a predominantly ex-bourbon influence on this release which is indicated in the cask influence graph on the front of the carton.

Sanaig has a prodominantly Oloroso sherry cask influence. These aged oloroso casks contribute a drastically transformed depth of colour and character compared to the mostly Bourbon cask matured Machir Bay.
