Nose: A subtle and fresh nose with tree sap and vanilla. This becomes sightly saline and costal with water.
Palate: A dry palette with the tannic flavours of red wine and dark fruits. This becomes sweeter and softer with water.
Finish: A juicy and spicy finish with lingering wood and the flavour of dark cherries. Little difference with water.
