Olmeca Reposado is produced using the Blue agave plant and referred to as "reposado" due to being rested for six months in ex-bourbon casks made of American white oak. This mixto tequila is of exceptional quality and features a distinctive manufacturing process that involves carefully selected agave plants, a masonry oven, cultivated yeast, and small copper pot stills for distillation.
