The series draws its inspiration from Redbreast's enduring ties to renowned cooperages and winemakers in the Iberian Peninsula. It seamlessly melds the craftsmanship and rich traditions of this region with the exceptional quality of Midleton Distillery's single pot still whiskeys, resulting in truly extraordinary expressions.
