This Irish single malt whiskey is part of Waterford's Single Farm Origin series, crafted solely from barley harvested at Grattansbrook farm and aged for three years in a diverse array of casks.

 

The nose reveals a medley of marzipan, white grapes, and lemon zest. The palate is a delightful journey, featuring notes of raisins, chocolate spread, brown sugar, orange zest, intertwined with hints of cinnamon, ginger, and banana.
