This new Kilkerran release is a smoky yet sweet and biscuity dram perfect for cozying up with. Matured in 90% Bourbon casks and 10% Sherry casks, bottled at 59.1% and presented with no added colour and no chill filtration.

Nose: Fresh on the nose, reminiscent of morning dew, pine forest and damp gooseberry bushes, with a hemp, vegetal note developing over time.
Palate: The peat comes to the forefront in the palate with a characteristic sweetness detected in notes of toasted marshmallows and s’mores, along with hints of lemon drizzle cake and shortbread.
Finish: The finish sees the continuation of the sweet peat influence and the introduction of a salty note and hints of burnt pretzels and fresh green apples.
