It's a blend of 23 Oloroso sherry butts from Bodega José y Miguel Martín, offering nearly a decade of aging. The Oloroso sherry influence brings rich, complex flavours, while the 50ppm new-make spirit ensures a robust peatiness that Kilchoman is known for.

This edition is ideal for those who love Islay's classic smoky peat, enhanced by the depth and complexity from sherry casks
