Exclusively selected for the UK market, GlenAllachie are proud to release batch 7 of their single cask, The GlenAllachie 2009 13 Year Old Sauternes Barrique Cask #3712

Carefully crafted by Master Distiller Billy Walker, this release was matured in 2009 in French oak cask which previously held Sauternes, a French dessert wine. The resulting liquid has a golden glow and elegant notes of stone fruit, sweet spices and of course the classic honeyed GlenAllachie undertones.

Presented at 59.4% ABV, without chill-filtration and at natural colour. Only 312 bottles were produced.
